Before you come to make demands for a pay rise at your workplace, have you risen the salary of your maid who has been working for you for the past 4 years ?

Before you ask for fringe benefits at your workplace of education for your kids, Have you bothered to take care of at least one child of your gate man as far as education is concerned or that’s part of their salary?

Before you complain of poor working conditions at work understaffing, long hours, no sick leave and the like have you made the working conditions of your workers on the farm you have good enough or they are digging in bare feet with depleted equipment.

Before you make for us noise in prayer meetings that you want God to give you this generation and reminding us how the world is too small for you to take over, please do us a favour start by laying your bed brother because if you cant lay your bed you cant change the world. Brush your teeth. Bathe, BATHE! Groom your nails, Put those dirty clothes in the laundry basket. Shave yes SHAVE!

Madam before you say go out lashing words at every man and labelling them dogs simply because you have failed to distinguish between competence and tyranny and had the inability to tame both. Have you bothered to raise up your son or brother and tame him to try ladies with respect?

Dear blogger before you call every preacher a false prophet and thief as you beat them up for missing the mark have you bothered to deal with that sexual addiction you’re struggling with because you and I know after shouting holiness when you’re off the keyboard struggling??

It’s an individual responsibility. Let every man deal with their house before they set the world in order. We can’t go around playing blame games and the victim mentality whenever we are put on the spotlight for our incompetence as for me am dealing with my house as it is and where I have finished, I guess I have a right to deal with it at a higher level.
