Everybody needs a mother in their life as she offers unconditional love . This love is the warmth to run to on rainy days. However, the flip side of this unconditional love is many atimes this becomes the most deceptive kind of love in life. Whether you make it or not in life she will always love you that is a given .
This is majorly because she carried you in her womb for 9 months, gave you life, breast fed you – that is too much emotional attachment for her to just give up on you because the world had rejected you and there in is the dilemma. This is what adds colour to the deception as she will atimes be conflicted to call out and bring out the man in you yet its already worse the gymnastics that come with a woman raising a boy.
As callous as it might sound, a woman can’t bring out a man from a boy successfully because manhood is an experience .Its a life, a journey walked and without walking that journey prior, you can’t initiate the other into it.
On the flip side of the coin, the world seems to be unfair to men that are lagging in success with life. Life is unfair, miserable for a broke, non-influential and foolish man! They are castigated, ostracized, and avoided like plagues. This is a lecture I give my son as I remind him never to be any of those 3 things. “In all you doing never be foolish, broke or non-influential.” is a song I sing to him whenever I feel it has skipped his mind.
As such, be cautious of a mothers love because it excesses are dangerous to your growth learn that from day one. When the revelation dawns on you that your of age to wean yourself off that motherly love & move out. Mercilessly cut off that rope as you move out to face the storms of life orelse you will continue to have silly arguments with your mum because you have failed to man up & take on your masculine responsibilities.
You will be at logger heads with your dad as he sees you as one undermining his authority and influence in his kingdom. It’s not that you returned late or delayed to attend to the dishes its simply that you have refused to man up living in the shadows of fear. Move out and build your kingdom.
