Its wisdom to discern when people have outgrown a certain level and accord them that respect & honour least, they will grow to despise and recent you. This is the biggest misunderstanding between parents and kids they often forget that these are no longer the 5 yr olds they once breastfed and still want to treat them that way. This causes explosion because the kids feel they have grown but the parents still think they are young! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even your friends the boy you knew in F.2 isn\u2019t the same person 10 yrs later as a manager in a conglomerate. People evolve mutate, change and be discerning or else you will burn a lot of bridges. They will leave you in 2012 and keep in 2023. For example There is a way you talk to married people even at work\/ministry. If you don\u2019t think its a ranking, try getting a ring on your finger or worse still paying dowry for someone daughter probably you will understand that cohabitation isn\u2019t by choice atimes. You can\u2019t shout at someone with kids or subordinates in public! This is basic wisdom how will their kids or subordinates respect them in your absence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Respect people who have gone ahead of you. You have married work subordinates, some have kids and I know work is work and has to be done but you don\u2019t go around talking down disrespectfully at a subordinate who has kids. The work will end but the rank you have frustrated can\u2019t be taken back sadly so be wise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are people I would visit at university with a \u201crolex\u201d of UGX 1,500 and they would be excited but nowadays I can\u2019t do the same because I discern they have surpassed that stage. There are people if you want to talk to them , you have to book time in their schedule as a sign of honour for the wisdom they will share. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are people you should never visit empty handed unless you are passing through the neighbourhood. There people whose gifts must cost you a precious seed as a sign of honour. There are people in your life who are worth pursuing or else you wait for another cycle out of pride. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Just be discerning and don\u2019t let the wave bypass you. You might be age mates but aren\u2019t grace mates there is a reason they went ahead of you. Respect and honour those ranks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
